As founder and owner of Young and Aspiring, Alain Schurter has been discovering and nurturing talents throughout Switzerland since 2019. Through various projects, he has already been involved in the national and international music industry for several years and completed his Master’s degree in Music Industry Management & Artist Development at the University of West London in 2015. Since then, Schurter has worked for various renowned companies such as [PIAS], Beggars Group, Sony Music Entertainment GmbH Switzerland and Musikvertrieb AG, and is also a member of the board of the consulting and networking platform Musikbüro Luzern. Schurter specialises in artist management, PR and label services. Furthermore, he has also been active as a musician himself for over a decade.

arthur londeix
Arthur Londeix joined Young and Aspiring in 2019 as a booking agent and is responsible for booking shows and tours for Swiss artists across the country (and sometimes beyond). He has been working as a musician, promoter, and booking agent since the age of 16, and has also spent many years working as an in-house promoter at Konzerthaus Schüür in Lucerne.
Over the years, Londeix has built a strong network within the GSA territory through collaborations with numerous booking agencies and artists, as well as through his own experience performing in various bands.
